She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Jerry "Papa" Schramm and Joy "Nanny" Lane. She is survived by : her parents, Mark Schramm and Jill Lane Schramm of Stockport; her significant other Adam Tom of Chesterhill; her siblings, Jacob Crandell of Orlando and McKenna Schramm of Cambridge; and her grandparents, Carolyn Schramm of Stockport and Jim "Pappy" Cain of Stockport.
