He was predeceased by: his parents, Kay N. Pugh and Mabel Rhea Hammock Pugh. He is survived by: his wife Mary "Dee" Fenton Pugh; his children, David Pugh (Hope), Dennis Pugh and Stephanie Brannan (Mike); his grandchildren, Kaycee Clark, Logan Pugh (Che), Ally Campbell and Jevin Pugh; his sister Tammy Pugh; and his caregivers, Daniell and Amy. He is also survived by many cousins and good friends.
