He is survived by: his children, James Burchett of Waterford, Stephanie Hoskinson of Dayton and Rebecca Offenberger of Stockport; and his sisters, Wanda Riley of Coal Run and Nancy Venoy of McConnelsville. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
