He is survived by: his wife Connie Moore Spencer; his son Jason Spencer (Colleen) of Stockport; and his siblings, Ronald Spencer (Lois) of Belpre and Donna Work of Belpre. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
