He was predeceased by: his parents, James C Powell and Mildred E Powell (Perry); and his son Timothy A Powell of Clyde, OH.. He is survived by: his children, John Thomas Powell Jr. (Shari) of Kalamazoo, MI and Laura L Miller (Jay) of Stone Creek, OH; his brother Bill Powell of Bellevue, OH; and his daughter-in-law Traci Powell of Clyde, OH.. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
