He was predeceased by: his parents, James Galloway and Laverna Holsinger Galloway. He is survived by: his siblings, Eugene, Paul Galloway, Ruth Carver and Joy Anderson (Glenn); his children, Steven, Mark Galloway and Rebecca Gifford (Robert); his grandchild Kira Holbrook (Lance); and his great grandchildren, Atticus and Callahan Holbrook.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home (1310 3rd St, West Portsmouth, OH 45663). A masonic service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McKendree Cemetery.
