It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Starkey of Stoutsville, Ohio, who passed away on May 14, 2026, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Stuckey and Katherine Stuckey (Hamilton); her great grandchild Elijah; and her siblings, Richard W. Stuckey and Beula Crompton.
She is survived by: her husband Andrew Nelson Starkey; her children, Andrew Eric Starkey (Lori) of Chillicothe, Steven Nelson Starkey (Donna) of Stoutsville and Laura Ann Weaver of Circleville; her grandchildren, Renea, Jessica, Jenessa, Stephanie, Melissa, Sarah, Alyson and Austin; and her great grandchildren, Isabella, Gabriella, Derick, Caroline, Brenna, Harper, Lincoln, John, Lillian, Bodhi and Justice.
