She was predeceased by: her father James Crookham; and her niece Lauren Haubeil (Alley). She is survived by: her mother Sylvia Crookham (Sherman); her children, Michael Holbein (Brittany) of Alabama, Mark Holbein, Kaytie Oney (Allen) of Arizona, Kiran Holbein of West Virginia and Mason Holbein; her grandchildren, Owen, O'Brien, O'Neil Holbein, Braxston and Ava Oney; her sister Kim Alley (Doug); her nephew J. D. Alley; and her great-nephew James.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home (420 W Main St, Ashville, OH 43103). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Hedges Chapel CCCU, 15495 Winchester Rd, Ashville, OH 43103.
