Beth Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her father Leo Emerson "Sam" Chambers. She is survived by: her mother Mary Ann Taylor Chambers of St. Clairsville; her brothers, Mike Chambers (Kelly) of Centerville and Jeff Chambers (Suliana) of Taylors; her nieces and nephews, Michael Chambers (Carolyn), Kayla Chambers, Ella Chambers, Ronin Chambers and Liev Chambers; and her friend Kristen Morris.
