He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jendrisak and Johanna Jendrisak (Ciprich); and his siblings, Joseph, Ann, Andrew, John, Aloisius, Dominic, Josephine, Frances and George.

He is survived by: his wife Sherry Jendrisak; his children, Joseph (Karen), Theresa (Brad), Laura and Cheryl (Charles); and his stepchildren, Jeffrey, Beth Ann, Lisa, Todd and Shannon. He is also survived by grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. several cousins and many friends.
