He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Burnham and Agnes Burnham; and his daughter Brenda Unruh (Robert). He is survived by: his wife Sue; and his children, Debra Green (Matthew) and Jonathan (Faith). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
