He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lacey and Bessie Lacey. He is survived by: his wife Joyce C. Lacey (Elliott); and his children, Donald (Christina), Lacey Jr., Christa Lacey Ream and Harry Robert (Cathy). He is also survived by his many grandchildren and one great-grandson.
A reception was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Farus Funeral Home of New Concord (63 W Main St, New Concord, OH 43762).
