We are sad to announce that, on November 25, 2025, at the age of 28, Dustin Richard Moore in Stow, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother LCpl Lee Ryan Folke; and his grandfathers, Charles Robert Bradley and Charles Richard Moore. He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Moore and Wendy Moore (Bradley) of Milford, DE; his sister Lauren; his brother-in-law Zach Toadvine of Bridgeville, DE; his nieces, Mallory and Bailee Toadvine; his grandmothers, Marie Bradley of Lincoln, DE, Carol Marie Young of Childs, MD and Sandra Moore of Elkton, MD; and his aunts and uncles, Larry Bradley (Arlene), Karen (Jeff Fry), Doug (Mary Moore), Bruce (Sherrie Baker) and Kathy Bradley.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention, Delaware Chapter in Dustin's name.
