He was predeceased by: his son Scott; and his grandchildren, Ashley and Ricky. He is survived by: his wife Jessie; his children, Toni Lehman (Jim), Jay and Dawn; and his grandchildren, Stacie and John. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
