He is survived by: his wife Geneva Smerk; his children, David Smerk (Jackie), Sherry Kesler (Shawn), Andy Smerk (Kerri) and Buddy Smerk; and his grandchildren, Mitchell, Ryan, Andrea Phillips (Jenna), Tony (Amanda), Alex (Hannah), Ben, Jerid Movens, Joseph (Jessica), Amanda Stebner (Blake), Ashley, Sage, Kane, Erica Tucker, Victoria, Derrick and Samantha. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
