He was predeceased by: his wife June Lacey; his parents, Frank Witek and Victoria Delekta Witek; and his siblings, Stacia, Fran, Irene, Romilda, Joseph, Peter and Bernard.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Pidjeon of Boise, ID, Diane Racz (Ron) of Austintown, OH, Edward Witek, Jr. of Stow and Dr. James Witek (Mark Pettegrow) of Pt; his grandchildren, Brian, Matthew and Laura; and his great grandchildren, Mitchell, Charlie, Levi, Madison, Oliver, Grant and Owen.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Redmon Funeral Home (3633 Darrow Rd, Stow, OH 44224). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (3179 Kent Rd, Stow, OH 44224). A burial will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Silver Springs Cemetery (5080 Stow Rd, Stow, OH 44224).
