As Elaine departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Elaine may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Elaine leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bob; and her parents, Charles Ahrens and Margaret Ahrens (Vidal). She is survived by: her children, Donna Montgomery (Todd), Denise Whisman (Rupe), Diane Kruger (Scot) and Dale Hedrick (Teresa); and her brother Donald Ahrens (Carol) of Brunswick, Ohio.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren.
