She was predeceased by: her husband Richard R. Ols, Sr.; her parents, Joseph Oravec and Anna Oravec; and her brothers, Joseph and James Oravec.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Ramsey (Paul), Jo Ann Stanley (Roger), Richard Ols, Jr. (Shirley) and Rob Ols. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
