She is survived by: her children, Paula Purves (Bill) of Hudson, OH, Thomas Spivak (Maria) of Poland, OH and John Spivak of Hudson, OH.; her grandchildren, Gillian Spivak of Hudson, OH, Krista Purves of New Bern, NC, Spencer Purves (Kara) of Hudson, OH, Cameron Purves (Anne) and Kathryn Purves of Hudson, OH; and her great grandchildren, Lily, Addison, Sophia, Bailey, Emma, Kenzie, Callum and Adaline.
