It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frances (Fran) Waybright of Stow, Ohio, born in Yolyn, West Virginia, who passed away on February 9, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank C. Mullins and Eunice Hager; and her sister Brenda Payne. She is survived by: her husband Donald Waybright; her daughter Vickie Dowling (Frank); her granddaughters, Danielle Strunk (Daniel) and Kristin Dowling (Dan Sexton); and her great grandchildren, Makayla and Caleb Strunk. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
