He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jose "Tony" Marez and Margie Perez. He is survived by: his daughters, Connie Slaughter (Bryan) and Tori Long; his grandchildren, Emerald, Annabelle, Coby (Michenna), Cameron (Pete) and James; his great grandchildren, Adalynn and Liam; and his brothers, Albert Marez and Danny Marez.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44305, USA). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the same location.
