He was predeceased by: his parents, Brand Johnson and Margaret Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; and his children, Mark Johnson (Rie), Christine Graff (Dave), Terry Johnson (Lori) and David Johnson (Sue). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
