She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Spurlock and Gladys Spurlock. She is survived by: her daughter Theresa Defer; her granddaughter Jessie Hamed (Chris); her great grandchildren, Luke and Taryn; and her siblings, Margaret Bates, Phil (Olive) and Paul Spurlock (Roni). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
