He is survived by: his wife Joanna "Jody"; his sisters, Jackie Barton of Herald, CA and Jane Weisman (Pat Kehoe) of Stow; his children, Jennifer Case (Ken Mason), Jack II, Jonathan (Anne Marie) and Jordan Spelman (Amanda); his grandchildren, Bridget, Katarina Case, Lillian Creech (Chris), Junia, Quin, Avila Spelman, Rowan and Josie Spelman; his great grandchild Vivian Creech; his sisters-in-law, Janie Poland and Amy Wise (John); and his nephews, Will Weisman (Carla) and Alec Weisman. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
