He is survived by: his wife Carol Welfare Reginald; his children, Kelly Reginald Hydeck (Chris), Lindsay Reginald Smith (Scott), Lauren Reginald Pauley (Brian), Courtney Reginald Sari (Brian) and Bryan Reginald (Shannon); his grandchildren, John Joseph Hydeck, Carter Smith, Cole Smith, Brady Pauley, Riley Pauley and Gavin Sari; and his siblings, Nancy Scott, Barbara Scott (Volker) and Robert Scott (Jackie). He is also survived by extended family and many lifelong friends.
