He is survived by: his daughter Annette Hintz (Dan); his brother Bill Woodburn (Peggy); his uncle David; his aunt Christy; his cousins, Vicky, Gabby and Lexi; his daughters, Heather, Jessie, Misty and Karra; Laura, Alyssa and Tyler.
