We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2023, at the age of 81, Jon Philip Sample (Stow, Ohio), born in Akron, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mae Sample and Ralph Sample; his siblings, Don, Jo, Judy and Martha; his children, Jon, II (Jennifer), Janeen, Scot, Robert and Matthew; his grandchildren, Saffron and Keeley; his son Mark (Kyra); and his grandchildren, Nikolai and Aleksei.
