He was predeceased by: his wife Jeannette Cistone; his parents, Rose Cistone and Tony Cistone; and his siblings, Nick and Connie.

He is survived by: his children, Tim (Rosey), Kathy Chmielewski (Carl) and Tom (Diane); his grandchildren, Holly, Nick, Maria, Faith, Anthony, Alex, Kristin, Dominic, Austin, Keri and Kelly; and his great grandchild Mia.
