Laura Jill Louk Obituary
Laura Jill Louk, 76, of Stow, Ohio passed away Saturday, November 19, 2022 at Aurora Manor Nursing Center. She was affectionately known as "Jill" to family and friends.
She was born July 9, 1946, the daughter of the late John Rogers Williams and Geraldine Benson Williams. Jill graduated from Ravenna High School in 1965. For many years Jill served at Kentwood restaurant and was employed by Stow schools.
She was a very special sister to Joyce (Paul) Marini of Arizona and the late Janet (Dave) Fosnight of Ravenna. Laura Jill is survived by her loving husband Demoine Louk of 35 years.
Laura Jill has two daughters, Shari (Greg) Morter and Jodi (Phil). German with the late Joseph Elliot Redmond and two daughters Amy (Chris) Lipuma and Diann Kohler with former husband Gary Maurice Kohler. She also has a stepson Doug Louk and stepdaughter Tina (Steven). McRoberts with her current husband.
Laura Jill has many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces & nephews. Laura loved her many friendships and her favorite Aunt Ann Judge.
Jill loved shopping, camping, collecting lighthouses and decorating for all the seasons. Everyone loved Jill. A women of extraordinary strength with a kind & loving soul. All of her daughters will miss her dearly. She was our best friend.
Friends and family will be received Monday, November 28, 2022, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna, where funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Standing Rock Cemetery in Kent.
