She is survived by: her husband Scott Miller; her children, Richard Polivka (Jackie) and Christen Rinehart (Joe); her grandsons, Matthew, Daniel and David; and her siblings, Andrea Zbiegien, Jack Zbiegien, Margaret Hatina and Angela Thompson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
