He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his sons, Thomas (Karen), Timothy (Andra), Greg (Donna) and Daniel Halnon; his grandchildren, Christopher, Kimberly, David, Kevin, Michael Halnon and Lisa Judkins (John); and his great grandchildren, James and Noah Judkins.
