He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane; his children, Margie Walters (Ken), Maria Crucis, Rob Koch (Lisa), David Koch (Theresa), Kathy Crookston (Matt) and Doug Koch (Melinda); his grandchildren, Matt Walters, Sara Protentis (Nick), Andrew Koch (Jenna), Abby Koch, Annaleigh Koch, Jeremy Crookston, Rachel Crookston, Ben Koch and Meghan Koch; and his great grandchildren, Claire, Palmer, William and Miles.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holy Family Catholic Church.
