It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sherry Lee Hopkins (Stow, Ohio), born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on April 9, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Sherry had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Sherry may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Wolfe and Dorothy Wolfe; and her son Douglas Thompson. She is survived by: her husband Donald Hopkins; and her children, Debra Mohan (Terry) and Tim Thompson (Karen). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
