She is survived by: her husband Michael Row; her daughters, Kim Williams (James) and Michelle Ratchford; and her brother Gary Earnest (Cathy). She is also survived by her five grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to Haven of Rest Ministries, a cause dear to Shirley's heart.
