He was predeceased by: his parents, Milburn McFarland and Rose McFarland; his sons, Adam and Clay McFarland; and his siblings, Lee McFarland and Eileen Kitchin.
He is survived by: his children, Leigh McFarland, Kathleen Barth (Mike), Kent McFarland, Maureen McFarland and Allison Blackwell (Brandon); his grandchildren, Marley, Michael, Meghan, Theo, Logan and Kellan; and his sister Evelyn Aubrey.
