He was predeceased by : his mother Barbara; and his siblings, Donnie (Jan) and Jamie. He is survived by : his children, Angela (Logan Stockton) and Liam; his father Donald Graham; and his siblings, Joe (Barbara), Jonathan (Aimee), Meg Conti, Jan Ballew (Scott), Jay and Scott "Otto" (Lynn).

“My wife and I just learned of Bills passing, we live 4 houses from him on Baird Road. I only knew him for a short time but he left a very uplifting presence, he will surely be missed.
