Allen Franklin Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Allen Franklin of Strasburg, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 29, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Mae McLish and Paul R. Franklin; and his grandson Drew Hutchison. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl L. Booth Franklin; his children, Tammy Jones (Jon), Terry Barbee (Phillip) and Jay Franklin; his stepchildren, George Flanagan (Dawn), Kelly Minard (Aaron) and Danny Flanagan (Jenn); his grandchildren, Jon, Shawna Jones, Chad Franklin Buckey, Erika Hutchison, Jayden, Lillian Franklin, Caleb, Zoey, Sierra Minard, Richard Flanagan (Hope) and Courtney Flanagan; and his siblings, Paul R. Franklin, Joyce Tunnat and Nancy Hilderbrand.
