She was predeceased by : her parents, Clatta Lengler and Florence Beaber Lengler; her daughter Laurie Sherer; and her siblings, Edgar Lengler and Beatrice Blickensderfer.

She is survived by : her daughters, Susan Wilson (Ron) of San Diego and Amanda Pierce (Alexander) of Dover; and her grandchildren, Logan Sherer (Amber), Francis Sherer, Tanner Wilson, Cole Wilson, Connor Pierce and Charlotte Pierce. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
