She was predeceased by : her parents, Clyde Yackey and C. Mae Ralph Yackey; her daughter Colleen Smith Espenschied; and her siblings, Clyde Yackey, Edyth McCaslin, Elizabeth Yackey and Dalene Domer.

She is survived by : her husband Gary A. Smith; her son Kevin (JJ) of Cambridge; and her grandsons, Ian and Adam Smith.
