She is survived by: her significant other Natasha Ward of Kent; her father Jack Zuponcic of Streetsboro; her sisters, Melissa Chinchar (Doug) of Streetsboro, Tiffany Zuponcic of Streetsboro and Candice Zuponcic Deerfield (Chris Sutcliffe); her nieces and nephews, Toni, Tiana, Emma, Tyler and DJ; her great-niece Mia Alexandria; and her sister-in-law Natasha.
