He was predeceased by: his parents, George Allen and Evalyn Ellen Phillips (Chandler). He is survived by: his wife Beth Louise Phillips (Straubhaar); and his children, Daniel Levi Phillips (Sharra) and Denise Emerald Phillips. He is also survived by 3 granddaughters, 6 sisters and 1 brother.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for chocolates or donations to Planned Parenthood in his name.
