She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Patterson and Florence Sager (Whitcomb). She is survived by: her husband J. Dean Pretnar; her sons, Joshua Douglas Pretnar (Amber Denman), Jason Dean Pretnar and Jerimiah Greathouse; and her grandchildren, Sophie, Sophia, Taya and Braylon.
