He was predeceased by: his parents, Audrey Kolar and Stephen Kolar; and his brothers, Steve Kolar and Robert Kolar. He is survived by: his brother David Kolar; his sister-in-law Kanitta; his nephew Luke; and his sister-in-law Darlene Kolar.
