He is survived by: his mother Joyce Knapp (Williams); his wife Dawn Knapp (Fox); his children, Heather Knapp and Drake Knapp; his siblings, Roger Boltz, Tammy Bestvina (Knapp) and Terry Knapp; and his mother-in-law Virginia Fox. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
