He was predeceased by: his father Edward Hejduk; his wife Betty J. Hejduk; and his sons, Dennis and William Hejduk. He is survived by: his son Ray Hejduk, Jr. of Florida. He is also survived by three grandchildren, two great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
