He was predeceased by: his parents, John Finney and Hazel Finney; his brother John "Dave" Finney; and his son-in-law Arthur "Arty" Smalley. He is survived by: his wife Doretha "Dee" Finney; his children, Terri Smalley and Richard Shaw, Jr. (Kim); his grandchildren, Todd, Nick, Ryan and Taylor; and his sister-in-law Brianne Finney. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, play a round of golf in honor and remembrance of Dick.
