She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Godbott; and her parents, Johnny Gant and Mamie King. She is survived by: her son Andre Godbott II; her grandsons, Andre Bollam-Godbott and Jacob Bollam-Godbott; and her sisters, Barbara Gant, Sammie Gant (Howard Gant), Glenda Gant-Martinez, Mary Gant and Chris Gant (Paul Gant).
