It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy James Collins of Strongsville, Ohio, who passed away on January 20, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Collins and Patricia Collins; his sister Mary Ann; and his granddaughter Jessica. He is survived by : his children, Robert, William, Shawn (DeAnna), James, Candice (Antoine), Samantha (John), Shannon, Roxanne and Daniele; his siblings, Terry (Roberta) and Diane (Gil); and his grandchildren, Amber, Rachel, Brody, Tommy, Shawn, Michael, Crystal, Shawna, James, Karen, Martial, Kaidon, Isabella, Olivia, Jazzlynn, Jeniah, Dakota, Tyler and Sara.
