It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Stack of Strongsville, Ohio, who passed away on January 21, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carolyn Stack to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her children, Bryan Stack (Vida) and Angela Standard (Patrick); her grandchildren, Lindsey, Brea, Bryce and Ava; and her siblings, Pat Lesnak (Bob) and Ken Lockhart (Marie).

Alzheimer's progression necessitated her, and Lulu's, return to Ohio for support and care by her family. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested in Carolyn's memory to the Alzheimer's Association at alz.org.
