He was predeceased by : his wife Lita Staley; his parents, Robert Staley and Josephine Staley; and his siblings, Susie, Barb, Otis and Bud.

He is survived by : his children, Lynn Tinnirello (late Vince) and Leslie Leis (Blake); his brother Jack Staley; and his grandchildren, Morgan Barnard (Alex), Mallory Tinnirello and Cole Leis.
